Galactus Galactus is above Skyfathers

Base form Lucifer from the tv show is best around tier 2-3. I don't agree he should be at tier 8 because it's hard to argue what his actual feats are that make him display complex multiversal feats in the show. There isn't really that many scans that prove he really is tier 8, maybe with the flaming sword. Tier 8 is a highball for Lucifer
