Any suggestions for higher Combat levels?

Should uStats be removed if they weren't updated for a certain time? Are uStats still relevant if they are 5 years old? Or 10?
This is not an issue for 'low frequency' appearance characters, for instance Robocop (Original Movie).
Or should uStats be removed created by users that haven't logged in for a while?
Thoughts?
