Fat Cobra's History

Fat Cobra was a prisoner at the Tokyo's Sugano Prison and the Champion of the Accountant's secret fighting ring. When Hit-Monkey came after the Accountant, he was put up against Fat Cobra who surprised the Monkey with his elektrokinesis and gained an upper hand. Hit-Monkey only managed to defeat him by breaking a pipe on the ceiling, causing Fat Cobra to temporarily shock himself. The Accountant then ordered to end Cobra's life, but Hit-Monkey refused and instead helped Cobra back up. This gained Cobra's respect, who helped Hit-Monkey by launching him at the Accountant. Fat Cobra was able to escape during the breakout caused by riot started by Hit-Monkey.

Later, on the night of the new Prime Minister election, Fat Cobra came to fight on Hit-Monkey's side against the Silver Samurai. Using his electrical powers, he punched the Samurai underground and then launched Monkey to the top of the building in a Fastball Special, while continuing to hold back the Silver Samurai afterwards to prevent him from following the Monkey. Fat Cobra was eventually apprehended and put back in prison.
