History of Evapoblaster
It was seen in "The New Jerry" and was invented by Tim Scam. During the episode the girls used it to save mountain goats from an avalanche. Scam himself was going to use it to evaporate all the Earth's oceans. He added a missile guidance system to it for increased accuracy.
