What is Eternal Flame?
History of Eternal Flame
The Eternal Flame (also known as The Eternal Flame of Destruction) is a mystical flame that cannot be extinguished. Flame was stolen from Surtur by Odin, Vili, and Ve Borson at the dawn of time to stop Surtur from bringing about Ragnarok. The Asgardian gods knew that if Surtur were to touch his sword Twilight to the flame, it would grant him unimaginable power, and allow him to bring about the destruction of Asgard in Ragnarok.
