Omnipresence:

Eru Ilúvatar is omnipresent in the sense. All things are sustained by the hand of Ilúvatar, he is beyond all Eä and hold whole of Eä in his thoughts.

“Then Manwe sat silent, and the thought of Yavanna that she had put into his heart grew and unfolded; and it was beheld by Ilúvatar. Then it seemed to Manwe that the Song rose once more about him, and he heeded now many things therein that though he had heard them he had not heeded before. And at last the Vision was renewed, but it was not now remote, for he was himself within it, and yet he saw that all was upheld by the hand of Iluvatar; and the hand entered in, and from it came forth many wonders that had until then been hidden from him in the hearts of the Ainur.”- the hearts of the Ainur . - Silmarillion

But since Eru was not bound by the Theme, nor by the Ainulindalë (as made by the Ainur), it would be rash to assert that He is or will be bound by Eä realized; since He is outside Eä but holds the whole of Eä in thought (by which it coheres).- Nature of Middle-Earth: The Primal Impulse

Creation:

Eru with his thought created divine/godlike beings called Ainur. with his voice he uttered the word Let it be! This act led to the creation of the universe, known as Eä, , Eru possesses Flame Imperishable and has the ability to create out of nothing

There was Eru, the One, who in Arda is called Ilúvatar; and he made first the Ainur, the Holy Ones, that were the offspring of his thought, and they were with him before aught else was made.. - Silmarillion, Ainulindalë

Then there was unrest among the Ainur; but Ilúvatar called to them, and said: ‘I know the desire of your minds that what ye have seen should verily be, not only in your thought, but even as ye yourselves are, yet other. Therefore I say: ä!" ("let it be")! And I will send forth into the Void the Flame Imperishable, and it shall be at the heart of the World, and the World shall Be; and those of you that will may go down into it.’ And suddenly the Ainur saw afar off a light, as it were a cloud with a living heart of flame; and they knew that this was no vision only, but that Ilúvatar had made a new thing: Eä, the World that Is. - Silmarillion, the Ainulindalë

Omniscience:

[Eru] has, infinite knowledge, he has full knowledge and understanding of all the actions, thoughts and desires of his creations, all themes sung by the Ainur originate from him. even Melkor's rebellion is ultimately part of Eru's grand design

“And thou, Melkor, shalt see that no theme may be played that hath not its uttermost source in me, nor can any alter the music in my despite. For he that attempteth this shall prove but mine instrument in the devising of things more wonderful, which he himself hath not imagined.”
- Silmarillion, Ainulindalë
