Elena Aoki's powers and abilities

Nanotech Upgrade - Like all Monsters in the Gleipnir universe, Elena has ingested a nanotech cocktail that, on top of giving her a monstrous transformation, has greatly enhanced her normal human physique to near superhuman levels (being able to react to gunfire from only a few meters away). Her life expectancy and senses have also been increased. Her body appears to repair itself fairly rapidly, being able to heal from broken bones and the like in only a few minutes.

Transformation - Upon transforming, Elena assumes a wraith-like appearance that is massively powerful. Her body is largely immune to damage (outside of where her hands are) and her strength has been massively increased, being able to effortlessly overpower Shuichi and stop an attack from Subaru's massive transformation. If her wraith mode is proving ineffective, she can switch to a more physically anchored mode that trades intangibility for far more strength and the ability to manipulate hair-like shadows that emerge from her body for various uses. Furthermore, both of her forms allow her to erase memories from those she touches for an indeterminate amount of time (as she has done to both Shuichi and her sister Claire).

Tactician - Elena is a generally skilled tactician and leader, capably using her allies and her own abilities to great effect in several encounters.

Elena Aoki's weaknesses

Sentimental - Elena has been shown to be very sentimental about specific things (such as her former relationship with Shuichi), which has been used to get her into compromising positions several times throughout the series.
