Wolverine Batman is incredible, amazing combatant, strategist, and detective. In comics both contenders have been seen to do over the top feats from wolverine regenerating from ashes, to Darkseid being unable to blast Batman with his optic beams just because.
Just simply taking the two at face value of their skills and abilities, Batman would give Wolverine one of the most difficult battles of his extremely long life. Regardless, in the end Batman is human, peak human, but a human. Batman will undoubtedly take Logan down numerous times, especially when Logan loses his bearing and goes all rage beast. Then inevitably Logan will rise, and reengage. Eventually Batman will tire, and run out of his weapons and equipment. Unlike the majority of his Gotham enemies, Wolverine cannot be disarmed, and could only be put down temporarily. Logan would only need to get lucky once, where Batman would need to be on his A game non-stop for an unseen measure of time. Batman could not break any bones to slow or disable Logan, he couldn't poison him, or confuse his senses with stealth and tech. In the end hand to hand Batman would out perform Wolverine in skill, but his skills would do little to put Wolverine down for good. As Batman tires he will become slower, he will not land as powerful blows, and eventually Wolverines speed, strength, and endurance will surpass Batmans'. Then one unanticipated slash would cleave in half. Wolverine wins through brute force, endurance, and lethal body weaponary. Thank you
