here is what i would say on the subject. that I see characters here who aren't fully omniscient anyway, I'll just name some of them and explain why later

1. Maker: Kosmos is described as a sentient Cosmic Cube who chose to present as female. As a Cosmic Cube, with reality-warping powers but not necessarily omniscient and my god it doesn't even say anywhere that the weakest form of beyonder even omnipresent

2. Darkseid with Anti-Life Equation: The Anti-Life Equation has been described as allowing those who know it to "dominate the will of every sentient race". (free will manipulation) rather than omniscience. furthermore, it is implied that the mathematical formula, that all life is hopeless, and that freedom and hope are worthless concepts." Others who knew parts of the equation, such as Orion and Mr. Miracle, are not described as omniscient.
