Chrono-Enforcer Lucian hails from the Pulsefire Universe, a parallel dystopian future some time after the Cog Era, featuring champions augmented by cybernetic enhancements and equipped with Chrono technology.

A dedicated chrono-enforcer, Lucian joined the Remembrancers when he lost his wife, Senna, in an errant Praetorian attack. He relentlessly searched for her while bringing justice to the reckless time travelers who would cavalierly tear holes in space-time. Through his work in bringing their opponents to justice, Lucian earned the personal attention and gratitude of Thresh, leader of the Remembrancers. Armed with special modifications to his Pulsefire suit, Lucian embarked on his relentless pursuit across timelines. Through it all, however, he couldn't shake the feeling that this upgrade wasn't all it seemed.

Eventually Lucian would discover that his wife's death was due to the machinations of Commander Thresh. Armed with this knowledge, Lucian battled Thresh before escaping and becoming another adversary in Thresh's Machiavellian goals.
