Burning Godzilla's powers and abilities

Atomic Breath - The Heisei Godzilla has several versions of his atomic breath he uses. The standard blue one caps out at 500,000 degrees Celsius and is capable of wounding most kaiju. Next up is the Spiral Breath that was capable of decapitating King Ghidorah. After Godzilla absorbed Rodan's energy, he was able to fire a Spiral Heat Ray (clocked at 1.2 million degrees Celsius) that melted through Super MechaGodzilla's armor and killed SpaceGodzilla. His final breath tier is the Infinite Heat Ray, which he used to fatally wound Destoroyah with. He is able to use whichever tier he deems appropriate for the occasion.

Nuclear Pulse - Godzilla can release a short range nuclear pulse to damage and ignite foes in close proximity to him. In his Burning state, he largely has no control over them.

Energy Absorption - Godzilla is able to absorb a wide array of energy sources for effects ranging from healing to enhanced punches.

G-Cells - Godzilla has what are termed G-Cells that give him hugely powerful regenerative capabilities.

Burning Godzilla's weaknesses

Secondary Brain - Godzilla has a second brain located in his hip area that controls his lower extremities motor functions. If this is damaged or destroyed, he is rendered ineffectual.

Cadmium - Cadmium based weapons proved very effective against Godzilla in several of the Heisei movies.

Meltdown - Godzilla in his Burning state is going through a nuclear meltdown which will eventually kill him and, theoretically, the entire world.
