History of Bright Red Nichirin Blade
A long, curved sword resembling a katana that is made of a special metal called 'Scarlet Iron Sand'. This special metal can absorb small amounts of UV light from the atmosphere and thus wields a small solar power that causes all sun-vulnerable enemies to disintegrate after being decapitated by it (With some exceptions). Should the wielder of one of these swords undergo an incredible physical feat, such as; gripping it with enough strength and concentration that they almost feint; colliding two blades together with a force rivalling a ram from a semi-truck; or by sheer force of will and determination, It will begin shining a shade of bright red. A Bright Red Nichirin Blade can cause the regenerative properties of sun-vulnerable enemies (That can regenerate, of course) to slow down drastically. It also causes an unbearable burning pain where it strikes, regardless of whether or not the attack connected with a vital point.
