Bonnie's History

After being rebuilt into his new form, Bonnie acted as a mascot in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza once again. However, during the nightshift, the haunted Bonnie and the animatronics would go on hunting and killing nightguards. At some point in 1993, Freddy and the other animatronics surrounded Phone Guy, and killed him. During Mike Schmidt's shift, Bonnie was often the first to begin attacking him, but was unable to kill him due to Mike's resourcefulness. After Mike's shift, the Pizzeria was closed at the end of the year, with Bonnie and the others being left behind.

Five Nights at Freddy's 3:

At some point after the Pizzeria's closure, Bonnie was led by Shadow Freddy to the Safe Room, but was unable to enter due to his programming preventing him from perceiving it. Bonnie was then attacked and torn apart by William Afton, with his remains being left strewn on the floor. However, Jeremy's freed soul and the others managed to block the entrance to the Safe Room to prevent Afton from escaping, and faded away after he died from a springlock failure.

Decades later, Bonnie's remains were retrieved, and put on display within Fazbear's Fright. In Happiest Day, Jeremy's soul was freed with the others at Golden Freddy's birthday, and finally joined the afterlife. The remains of the Bonnie animatronic were presumably destroyed when Fazbear's Fright burned down.

Help Wanted:

While Bonnie was long gone by this point, he was among the animatronics recreated as a game character within the Freddy Fazbear Virtual Experience, based on the rumours surrounding the Fazbear brand. This version of Bonnie appears in the FNaF 1 game mode, the Parts and Service levels, and a brief cameo in the Pizza Party level.

Special Delivery:

Replicas of this Bonnie are created by the Fazbear Funtime Service.

Behavior:

Five Nights at Freddy's

Bonnie is the most aggressive enemy in the game and is usually the first to move, slowly making his way to the player's office very rarely backtracking, he will appear in the left doorway. Bonnie will first start on the Show Stage, and then go to Backstage, Dining Area, Supply Closet, West Hall and into the Office. The player can lock him out. Otherwise, Bonnie will simply stand there until the player checks the camera or the power runs out. If they check the camera, Bonnie will be triggered into attacking. An easy way to check if Bonnie is behind the closed door is to turn the light on and you will faintly see his shadow from the window. A number between 1 and 20 is chosen at random, which is compared to Bonnie’s current AI level. If the level is more or equal to the number, Bonnie will move. He gets an opportunity to progress every 4.97 seconds.
