Bloody Lips's History

An Australian serial killer who killed his own family and was, according to his own account, granted powers by a being called the Serpent, Bloody Lips was considered an urban legend until, he was found hunting down a retired assassin called Cape Crow.

After Elektra encountered Scalphunter and Lady Bullseye, defeating, Bloody Lips appeared, saving Lady Bullseye. He contemplates eating her, but decides she wouldn't do much for him, instead eating the monster that ate Scalphunter and aiming to hunt down Elektra. He attacks Elektra in an underwater base, nearly killing her before being stabbed through the skull. Elektra escapes with Cape Crow's son and the Matchmaker, but Bloody Lips follows her in Scalphunter's ride, leading to both crash-landing in the arctic.

After Elektra meets Cape Crow, narrowly defeating him, Bloody Lips shows back up, having eaten a polar bear and increased in size and strength. He overwhelms Elektra, but when he attempts to drink her blood, he is overwhelmed with the trauma of her memories. Elektra takes advantage of this and kicks him into a glacial crevasse, seemingly killing him.
