Es was a teenager that suffered from his lack of purpose in life. The only thing that seemed to please him was visiting a homeless man near his neighbourhood... He alway found a tiny bit of joy when he offered a couple of euros to that homeless man since his eyes always lit up with joy by Es's generosity. One day as he went to visit that man he spotted three demonic looking creatures beating him up. Then within his desperation, as the homeless man started to black out he whispered to Es "you find joy in helping others... Don't you?" In which a shocked Es yelled "yes!". Immediately after that, the old man's body burst into flames that blew the demons back, and the flames where forcefully inhaled by Es. Then a voice echoed in Es's head... "My true name is Xaphan, bearer of all fiery willpower, and now my power is yours to use." And with that Es' appearance and clothing changed as he easily incinerated the demons.

Before he could process everything that had happened, Efraim and Percy rushed to him and explained that demons invaded earth in order to exterminate the last living angels... Angels like Xaphan.
