I honestly think Joss Whedon. I just found this deleted scene where Hulk easily destroys the Chitauri riders blasting him which shows the respect Joss Whedon put on Hulk. He treated him like the unstoppable beast he truly was.
What do you guys think?

@ForJustice1324 I'd go a step further and say he should direct more movies in general for the MCU. I actually really liked Dr Strange 2.
