Artume's History
President Artume was leader of the United States of Amazonia. She and the natives of Earth-92124 would invoke the name of Hera Argeia, the Queen of Olympus and Goddess of Women, Marriage, and Fidelity. President Artume's cabinet included
Amadeus Cho as her Executive Administrator,
Jennifer Walters as the Attorney General, and
Reed Richards as the Secretary of Male Services.
Delphyne Gorgon was the General of the United States of Amazonia. President Artume also met with the Space Force Lieutenant General, Carol Danvers (mentioned only), and Police Captain, Monica Rambeau (mentioned only). After General
Gorgon killed
Namora, President Artume had it kept secret and continued as through they were still under attack from Atlantofacists. General
Gorgon disagreed with this strategy and resigned from her position to become a Teacher. President Artume assembled a team of Avengers that consisted of
Ms. Fantastic (Susan Storm),
Spider-Woman (Mary Jane Watson),
White Phoenix (Emma Frost), and
Wolverine (Laura Kinney).
Hercules was the leader of the Y-Men and would often battle The Avengers fighting for male rights. The Avengers routinely defeated and captured
Hercules and other Y-Men but President Artume would continually set him free as if he escaped, knowing he would continue to fight and she could blame men for these assaults on peace so that her people would always have a reason to continue to work hard at creating defenses against them. After
Amadeus Cho discovered the truth about
Namora, Artume tried to have him executed. However, he was rescued by
Delphyne,
Hercules, and the Avengers.
Delphyne then challenged Artume to a duel and the President was slain by her.
