Ares GoW Ares the ability to reach Galactic Level since he can create a Galaxy by sending Kratos to a dimension, equivalent to a Galaxy, his powers are based on fire as he also has a variety of Skills given the rank of GoW Ares only Ronda lo Galactic as Much, although I am not sure whether to guide myself from that feat since Kratos by destroying his body to power destroyed an entire country.
DC Ares would win on known differences.

Ares Then where you place DC Ares, I read in conversations between The Spectre and Darkseid, "rival was said to possess power that was equal in every aspect to Darkseid’s own power" That means Ares is on the same level as Darkseid although I think that Darkseid is still powerful than Ares but the difference is not too much.

This is same what @MoNsTeR said where Ares and Darkseid are actually close (even at same level) even though Darkseid is still more powerful than Ares.
