The biggest whales could be depicted as lifting 100-200Ts if they had limbs; true, they wouldn't have the comic durability of comic chars that size, but that's still scary for an animal morph. And, imagine a mouse with a turtle shell or a mouse and armadillo mix: hard to hurt plus too small, speedy, and agile to easily keep track of. Either would be amazing animal morph options combined in one character. Ashcan seriously hurt the Grey Hulk with his blast and GH has smashed an incalculably large asteroid(twice the size of earth) before. WSSLFlash moves at around 500 mph...
Still, Magnus has Magneto and Rogue's powers amped up with the twist being that instead of draining foes--he turns them into dead metal statues with his touch. His shield would block atom bomb scale or greater attacks, so that he could then touch and kill if he had to. And, any abilities that Magneto has ever done he does at a greater level--if not much greater in some areas. MVC chars are said to have the same offensive capabilities and with better speed and reflexes(in many cases being more powerful: this power edge is esp. true in Capcom characters within the games). Then, Quicksilver is fast on the ground, Wanda is upper tier powerful, and Thunderbird(Exiles) is better than Hulk...
