The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
Kong - 31 meters, 108 tons (realistically, he should be closer to the 5k ton range, but that's the official number)
GZ - 60 meters, 60,000 tons
Winner - GZ with a massive advantage, coming in at nearly twice as tall and being 550x heavier
Strength:
Kong: He has thrown a similarly sized Kaiju (Skull Devil) a moderate distance, so about 200 tons
GZ: He has also thrown similarly sized Kaiju a moderate distance, so about 50-60k tons
Winner: Godzilla, massive advantage.
Speed/Agility:
Kong: Kong can run about 80 mph at full speed and can climb rock surfaces fairly quickly
GZ: GZ runs at about 500+ mph and can scale the Chrysler building in a matter of seconds. He can also swim at similar speeds and dig through dirt, ice and concrete incredibly quickly.
Winner: GZ by another massive margin
Durability:
Kong: Kong has proven resistant to .50 cal munitions and was only wounded after getting drenched in napalm
GZ: GZ has been hit by most conventional weaponry without damage and has been hit by alien weaponry as well.
Winner: GZ again
Intelligence:
Kong: Kong understands the Iwi and has shown himself capable of adapting to his opponents in combat. He has also shown basic tool usage.
GZ: GZ has proven able to understand and work in tandem with the H.E.A.T. team on numerous occasions and has beaten several kaiju with unique abilities by outthinking and adapting to their quirks. He's also proficient at using his burrowing capabilities to alter the landscape to his advantage.
Winner: Arguable tie. Kong's tool usage is nice, but GZ has a lot more experience fighting peer opponents.
Weaponry:
Kong: Kong has his fangs (which he doesn't really use) and his fists. He can also make his own weapons out of the environment, usually tree spears.
GZ: He has his fangs, clawed forelimbs and legs and his scutes/dorsal plates are sharp/tough enough to cut through steel, concrete and ships (which also applies to his claws). GZ also has his atomic breath, which has ignited entire islands and destroyed Leviathan Alien battleships in a single shot.
Winner: GZ. Not question.
TLDR: Godzilla has the advantage in virtually every category and Kong has one solitary, arguable, advantage. This is a fight Kong cannot and will not ever win.
