Goku (DB) & God (Dark Tower) Gan Is a supreme being he completely transcends the dark tower which is the ultimate anchor and supports the entire omniverse and is named as the author and source of all that is.
The Dark Tower has a physical multiverse. Every "physical" layer contains an infinite amount of universes, each one of them being an infinite multiverse in size. Roland Deschain originally saw 600 floors when he finally achieved his goal of being infront of the Dark Tower, however that can be attributed to the fact that the Tower appeared different to him than it would appear to others.
A single universe in the Dark Tower already already contains an infinite amount of universes, these than also contains an infinite amount of universes. This goes on forever.

As an universe contains an infinite amount of universes itself. It's also said that a single atom contains an entire universe, which would mean that one atom alone is already an infinite multiverse as it gives birth to an endless chain of infinities.
