Hulk would likely hold his own and take out cull obsidian.
Ebony maw would likely be able to restrain this version of Thor like he did in Infinity War, however this fight could go either way.
Corvus should be able to take captain America out using his spear.
Proxima would definitely put up a good fight against Hawkeye and black widow however ultimately the pair take her out.
And finally iron man flies around shooting and bombing the outrider army.
I think the outriders give the avengers a lot more problems than the chitarui army, and combining this with the black order may be too much for the Avengers. Ultimately I think that ebony maw is the main problem here as his telekinesis is just so powerful and the Avengers have not seen anything like it before.
Overall Black Order and Outrider army win 7/10
