Neutral Thoughts: Toph is able to metal bend red tornado effectively removing him from the fight but is rendered disoriented/blinded by Terra's own manipulation of the ground disrupting her seismic sense but due to the battle conditions can not actually attack toph herself and so has to rely on another team member attacking Toph instead and taking her out of the fight. katara and fire face off as do Ice and Azula. Katara, Fire, and Ice all attempt to pull the attacks of the opposing team member with the same element towards them instead of at their ally to negate them, Azula is far less caring about her partners well being and takes out ice but Katara is injured by the attacks Azula didn't bother to intercept.
Azula is forced by the conditions of the battle to face Terra and is quickly pulled underground eliminating her while Aang extinguishes Fires' flames by pulling the air away from them preventing her from flying, and is able to defeat her with the same technique by removing the air from her lungs.
As a result of all this Aang and Terra are the sole remaining combatants, however by flying Aang can stay out of Terra's reach but can't get close enough to actually beat her without himself being crushed or entombed as Terra can block Aang's ranged air blasts with chunks of earth creating a deadlock in which neither can win.
