Team Doctor Strange (Classic) Why was DC given 2 more members than Marvel?

Team Doctor Strange (Classic) A massive battle between some of the most powerful superheroes of the Marvel and Dc universe.
Doctor Strange is leading team Marvel and Superman leads team Dc universe.
To suggest who will be the last ones standing is hard but i belive Mighty Thor, Silver Surfer and Doctor Strange are the last from Marvel.
Team Dc got two more characters and i may see Martian Manhunter, Doctor Fate and Shazam being the last to battle it out versus the mentioned Marvel heroes.
When the dust clears i belive Mighty Thor and Silver Surfer is the only ones still consious.
Doctor Strange and Doctor Fate are gone, they left the dimension.
The rest may be found in very diffrent places unconcious or dead !
The body of Superman, Sentry and Orion may be found on the Moon, they are beaten badly into the ground.
The corpce of Aquaman and Namor may be found close to the water, bouth are stabbed, blasted and beaten to death.
The body of Bruce Banner is broken and lifeles on the ground and Wonder Woman is uncouncious with broken bones.
The Flash is a bloody mess and will not ever take another step.
Magical energy makes Mjolnir glow intensively, Mighty Thor raises the hammer again and again striking his enemy repeatedly. The lights go out before Shazams eyes and he falls uncouncious to the ground.
After a very long battle the extremely powerful blast of power cosmic hits the green Alien. Martian Manhunter is injured and stuned, trying to become intangible to avoid the next attack fails.
The hole body of Silver Surfer glows from energy and the blast is devastating Martian Manhunter becomes buried in the red sands of Mars.
A hypothetical ending of such a battle !
