Wolverine - vs - Black Panther #

Black Panther They've actually fought each other a few times in the past. For the most part they're pretty much equal in stats and weirdly enough skills (Odd considering how much older and more experienced Wolverine is, but whatever). Wolverine has his adamantium and his healing factor, but Black Panther has anti-metal and more durable vibranium added to his health, meaning they both possess the capability to kill one-another if it ever came down to it.

Wolverine’s rapid regeneration powers allow him to bounce back from almost every type of bodily wound on the condition that his head remains firmly attached to his shoulders. Nevertheless, the time of each healing is understandably proportionate to the severity of the injury. His body is also immune to most poisons, drugs, and diseases; his agility, reflexes, and senses are similarly enhanced.

The Black Panther, however, wields enhanced strength and senses thanks to special heart-shaped herbs reserved solely for the post. The suit, which has changed in a variety of ways over the years, also features Vibranium enhancements that absorb impact, making him less susceptible to physical blows or gunshots. More concentrated Vibranium pads in the feet and hands allow for easier climbing.

But with all this said I'd say Black Panther wins IMO.

Wolverine - vs - Black Panther #

Black Panther BP outclasses him in every single battle components except durability.

Black panther's claws can delay wolverine's regeneration and break his bones as well.
Here is an self-explanation of his claws by T'chala.

Remember Logan's even competitor sabretooth? he does not seem impressive against a Wakandan guy.

In my opinion, despite anti-metal claws black panther would not be able to kill Logan, so if fight is for death wolverine won't loose. In any other cases black panther wins 10 out of 10.
P.s "wolverine fought against hulk" is not a convincing argument. That happened several times, because they both were popular characters, probably best sellers after spider-man and the writers satisfied fan demands. Beating Mephisto (Black panther did) is way greater feat than defeating hulk 2 times out of 5.

Wolverine @2099 - in a death battle, wolverine would be victorious. There are what if and alternative comic book stories where Logan has been one of the last superhumans and mutants living on earth, leaving black panther dead, including Spider-Man, Reed Richards, Wanda, quicksilver and even Doom. He can't die and FYI, he has more endurance than black panther, because Logan is able to single handedly stagger up against the hulk, while on the other hand, black panther had to use a vibranium hulkbuster armor to fight the hulk, but hulk demolished the hulkbuster. In a regular hand-to-hand fight, BP wins, but in a death battle, Logan wins. Wolverine, mid-diff
