The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
Dio: Timestop and saves himself from the calamity and donut tooru
Ultimate Life Form Kars: He is technically immortal so he would just need to be able to reach him
Kira: If he can ambush tooru with Sheer Heart Attack or be able to touch him with killer queen, he could win
Diavolo: Could re-adjust himself during tooru's calamity using time erase or see into the future and avoid the calamity.
Pucci: All depends on which stand he gets: Whitesnake screws pucci over since most of his attacks need him to be close to tooru in order to steal his stand disc or memory disc| C-moon could possibley invert tooru's body as shown with jolyne in jolyne vs c-moon| Made in Heaven can either A: Speedblitz tooru and kill him, or B: Reset the universe which would end up killing everybody.
Valentine: Normal D4C could potentially get the jump if they used dimension hopping to their advantage| Lovetrain can cancel the calamities tooru throws at him.
How tooru could win: He would need some preperation inorder to try and kill all of team dio, For dio he needs to be able to know when he will timestop and make sure he uses his abillity before he does. For kars, He can try and do what joseph did, but even harder. Kira he needs to be aware of and keep an eye on him at all times. For diavolo, he could try and predict where diavolo will end up after using time erase, yet that would be impratical. For pucci, he needs to know what stand he has and how to counter it using his calamities. And for valentine, he needs to make sure he doesnt get the saint corpse parts if he doesnt have them already.
How i invision the fight will go:
Tooru would most likely try and target the weakest person on the team: Yoshikage kira, And have a car run him over like his initial death in part 4. He then probably would want to make sure kars is far away from him, to minimalize the risk of getting jumped by him. Pucci (Im using C-Moon), Would use his gravity manipulation and get tooru onto another surface, startling him. Dio and Diavolo most likely try and rush tooru head on, with them having the strongest stands strength wise. Valentine would be trying to get lovetrain in order to cancel tooru's abillities. Tooru would most likely, in this situation, Attempt to get off the surface by having pucci get killed by one of his calamities (Plane for reference). After that. dio stops time and, due to his ego, chucks a knife into only tooru's gut to try and make him go out painfully, Then the timestop ends and we see tooru get stabbed with a knife. Dio would most likely torture tooru to try and make him suffer. Kars would see how dio is dragging it out so long, so he cuts it short and kills tooru.
Conclusion: That fight is how team dio would win, Yet it is difficult to pinpoint who would win, given the calamities and take into consideration everybody's abillities. Reply if you wish to talk about how i did things.
