Nemesis (Resident Evil) I've played resident evil 2 and resident evil 3 remake before and here's my perspective between these two characters in this direct combat., I generally find the Tyrant to be a creepier stalker than nemesis, Gameplay mechanics like its constant stalking and the player's inability to do significant damage until late-game showcase how threatening T-00 is portrayed. but in terms of power/ability, I give the edge for Nemesis before T-00 (Mr. X) from the RE2 remake.

The Nemesis-T Type in RE3 remake has similar enhanced attributes as a tyrant. However, it also has additional weapons and abilities like its rocket launcher, tentacle grab attacks, and can summon zombies to aid it. Nemesis-T Type's biology and development by implanting the parasitic NE-α gives it attributes designed to make it superior to standard Tyrant models such as the T-00. in other words, nemesis is generally considered a more advanced and powerful biological weapon than the T-00.
