Beyonder (Pre-Retcon) THE MOST POWERFUL VERSION/FORM(S) OF THESE 2 BEINGS: PR-Beyonder wins, because he's millions of millions times more powerful than the Marvel multiverse, making him Omniversal. Both are the Supreme Beings of their respective cosmologies. When it comes to omnipotence for their area of authority they are it. Omnipotence vs Omnipotence is stalemate. They are practically siblings in the world of fiction. But let's split them hairs and determine who is more powerful and that would be... The Pre-Retcon Beyonder

TOAA is Marvel and the Presence/Elaine Belloc is DC, but there's a quote by Jim Shooter and Stan Lee from Marvel that puts The Pre-Retcon Beyonder more higher--even above TOAA, (including Elaine Belloc AKA the Presence 2.0) and that's “being millions and millions of times more powerful than Marvel." That statement alone future protects Beyonder from the debate on who is bigger than the two. Beyonder is also TOAA of his realm and came to Marvel to be it's classical TOAA. He was Marvels first TOAA technically, previously going by the name of The One Who Is All. But make no mistake both have suffered defeat or retcon one way or another. TOAA's weakest Avatar was defeated and absorbed by a version of Thanos in his Astral Regulator form while the Beyonder was retconned for being too powerful. Today's TOAA was taken from the Beyonder blueprint, since TOAA is arguably and "supposedly more powerful than the Presence". I know I kinda got off topic, but this was a point to just prove that the beyonder is more powerful and beats Multi-Oblivion (True-Form)
