Team Deku (MHA) Gilgamesh is very powerful, if he has Ea / Enuma Elish, and likely too much to handle even for Doctor Strange.

Ea has an attack called Enuma Elish. Through the rotation of its three segments it generates winds so great that it causes Space itself to be severed and causing a dislocation in Space-Time.

This has varying degree of powers, and at its full power it shows its status as a Anti-World Noble Phantasm - ripping apart space at such a level that the very Earth and Sky are reduced to an empty void, it's at the level where it doesn't attack an target but the very World itself. It destroys everything that relies on the World as a foundation.
