Dr Manhattan (Watchmen 2009) Knowing the powers of both characters, I still feel that Dr. Manhattan would come out on top. Dr. Manhattan has abilities that include manipulation of matter at a subatomic level, being virtually immortal, and in complete control over all physical reality. While the Genie is an extremely powerful entity, he is bound by rules of magic from his universe and by his lamp. Therefore, in one-on-one fighting, the scientific skills and reality control of Dr. Manhattan would be more than the magical abilities of the Genie.
